Enjoy customizing your pets collar to the way you desire. Make sure to fill out the questionnaire carefully and read all instructions so that your collar turns out the exact way you’d like it to!!
If you desire to have just a simple suede collar with stitch fill out the first 5 required steps.
Everything after those steps are an ADDITIONAL FEE.
If you desire to have your pets name on the collar please check the “Leather Patch” box and let us know if you’d like a pattern behind your pets name on that patch. If you’d like to leave the leather patch plain with just your pets name please specify that in the description box we’ve left below.
(Leather patch is a must if you desire to have your pets name on the collar) it is an additional $25 plus $5 per letter of the name.
If you’d like to have just your brand on your pets collar please check the “Leather Patch $25” option as well and then upload a photo of that brand in the file option we’ve left below. DO NOT check the number of letter option as the Brand File is a separate fee and will automatically charge you an extra $15 for a brand on your leather patch.

RETURN POLICY
Since our work is handmade, there are NO REFUNDS or Exchanges, we offer store credit only (in gift card form). CUSTOM orders with names, brands, initials, etc, will NOT be refunded and store credit is not allowed. Please make sure your belt size is correct and that you have measured before ordering. Returns will only be valid for 14 days of delivery confirmation date. Items must not be worn. Original shipping fee's are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

WARRANTY POLICY
Remuda will guarantee our handmade products for 90 days. We will warranty the handmade products for 90 days after purchase on sewing only, not on wear and tear. The definition of wear and tear is at our discretion.
